Common questions

Why do I need a work email?
It's how brands confirm they're paying real shoppers, not bots. Your employer never hands over a staff list and never sees what you claim. The email is the verification, nothing more.
When do I get paid?
Usually within 24 hours of your receipt being verified. The money lands directly in your Revolut, PayPal or bank, depending on what you choose.
What if my receipt is rejected?
We'll tell you why and let you re-upload. The most common reasons are a blurry photo, missing product line, or wrong shop. You have the full 14 days to fix it.
Does my employer see what I buy?
No. Your employer never sees your activity. We only confirm employment through your work email so brands trust they're paying real people.
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No personal cap. Each offer has its own redemption limit (usually one per person), but you can claim as many different offers as you like across the platform.
Can I claim an offer after I've already bought the product?
No. You need to claim before you buy so the brand knows you're a planned buyer. This is what makes the data clean and keeps offers funded.
